A new exhibition is opening in the Musee d’Orsay today. The name of the exhibition is Impressionism and Fashion and you can see the exhibition until January 20th in 2013. Musee d’Orsay is an amazing museum, and though many forget about it and visit the Louvre instead, this is a really interesting museum for art lovers.

In this exhibition you will get to see how people lived in the late 19th century, and as one of the main goals of impressionism was to show man in his daily routine activities in his daily surroundings, this will be interesting for everyone with a love of art and history.

The exhibition will move on to New York and to Chicago after its stay in Paris, so if you do not want to travel overseas, make sure to visit this exhibition while it is on display in Paris.
