A major exhibition on Pierre Bonnard will be shown at the Musèe d’Orsay from the 17th March until 19th July in 2015. Pierre Bonnard was a French painter and printmaker who was born in 1867 and he died in 1947.
Bonnard was one of the founding members of the Post-impressionist and he was also a member of the avant-grade group of artists. The overall exhibition on the French artist presents the most beautiful master pieces of Bonnard. There will be pictures shown at the exhibition from all of Bonnard periods so the visitors can have an overall look on Bonnard’s work. Bonnard is best known from his unique style, creative, entertaining and decorative presentation and he is also often recognised by his unique use of colours. At the exhibition visitors will have the chance to have a closer look on one of the most influential painters of the avant-grade.
The exhibition Pierre Bonnard. Painting Arcadia will take place from the 17th March to 19th July in 2015 at the Musèe d’Orsay in Paris. The entrance fee for the exhibition is € 8.50.
